If you don’t want to wait for the android 4.0 pre-installed device, but a decent 4G device, the Samsung Galaxy S Blaze 4G T769 from T-Mobile should be a nice handset for you. Some of the retail stores are offerring the phone for $119.99 with contract, so it is not a cheap android device as there are many android 2.3 Gingerbread phones that cost under $100 or even cheaper. But if you are familiar with the specs, I think the price is quite acceptable. And if you found there is no user manual in the box, don’t forget to reture here, you can download it from the following link.

The Samsung Galaxy S Blaze 4G comes with a 4’ Super AMOLED touchscreen, dual-core 1.5GHz processor, 1GB of RAM, 5MP rear camera and a 1.3MP front-facing camera, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 3.0 and all standard specs on an android smartphone.
Though it runs on the android 2.3, I think it is sure to be upgraded to ISC some day within this year, as AT&T has announced its android 4.0 update plan for some of its Samsung devices.
