T-Mobile hosts special mobile event on April 18 for the HTC One S

Smartphone consumers in America, especially Android enthusiasts, are undoubtedly awaiting the launch of the HTC One series.  Previously, it was rumored that the HTC One S — initially announced at MWC 2012 by HTC — would launch on T-Mobile on April 22.  At first, the rumor was discounted because it seemed like an unlikely date, but now, it has the potential to be

Today, T-Mobile began issuing press invitations to an event taking place on April 18 and the HTC One S is featured on the invitation.  With this in mind, the date of April 22 or a few days later seems like the perfect launch date for the One S.  It will be interesting to see if T-Mobile implements a pre-order sale for the device and what kind of price the One S will feature.

As a quick recap of its specs, the One S features a 4.3 inch touch screen display, a 1.5GHz dual-core Snapdragon S4 processor, 1GB of RAM, 4G connectivity, Android 4.0, and an 8MP rear facing camera.

With the Europeans already enjoying their share of the HTC One S, it’s time for Americans on T-Mobile or looking to sign with T-Mobile to enjoy the One S.

T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy S Blaze 4G T769 user manual pdf download is available

If you don’t want to wait for the android 4.0 pre-installed device, but a decent 4G device, the Samsung Galaxy S Blaze 4G T769 from T-Mobile should be a nice handset for you. Some of the retail stores are offerring the phone for $119.99 with contract, so it is not a cheap android device as there are many android 2.3 Gingerbread phones that cost under $100 or even cheaper. But if you are familiar with the specs, I think the price is quite acceptable. And if you found there is no user manual in the box, don’t forget to reture here, you can download it from the following link.Samsung Galaxy S Blaze 4G T769 user manual pdf download is available

The Samsung Galaxy S Blaze 4G comes with a 4’ Super AMOLED touchscreen, dual-core 1.5GHz processor, 1GB of RAM, 5MP rear camera and a 1.3MP front-facing camera, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 3.0 and all standard specs on an android smartphone.

Though it runs on the android 2.3, I think it is sure to be upgraded to ISC some day within this year, as AT&T has announced its android 4.0 update plan for some of its Samsung devices.

Vodafone Samsung Galaxy S II android 4.0 ICS update to be released tomorrow

Some Vodafone android phones have received the android 4.0 ICS firmware update, none of them were from Samsung. Now it seems the situation is going to be changed soon, as the Samsung Galaxy S II has now been approved to get the ICS update tomorrow.

Though it was officially claimed that this is a provisional date, but I think this won’t be changed, as Vodafone UK has been testing the android update for the Samsung Galaxy S II since a month ago. If you are the owner of the Samsung Galaxy S II, you should be aware of your phone, the update will be sent out both OTA and also through Samsung Kies.

If you can connect to Wi-Fi, the OTA update is very easy to download and install. While if you are unable to connect to Wi-Fi, I suggest you use the latest version of the Samsung Kies to upgrade the firmware, the update package should be a bit large, these two ways can avoid additional data fees when upgrading your phone’s firmware.

So, just stay untill 0:00 tomorrow, maybe you are the first man to get the android 4.0 update on your Vodafone Samsung Galaxy S II. If you are living in other areas, the same update should be soon sent to your handset too I think.
