How to root T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy S II t989
Nowadays, when a new high-end smartphone is to be released, the most discussed thing on the phone should be most of the pre-installed useless and unwanted software on the handsets, and the size of those software are often very large, they take large amount of phone memory, so we called them bloatware. Now almost all phones have bloatware, so does the T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy S II t989. When you bought this phone, you are a victim of bloatware, but things are not so serious, the bloatware just share the memory, and some of them can also take up CPU, they make you phone run slower than it should be.


So, can you uninstall the preload applications from the T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy S II, yes, but you have to gain the administer authority of your phone and then you can access to see the uninstall program to delete them from your T-Mobile Samsung T989. T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy S II root method:


The following things are needed:
1. ODIN V1.8.4 or greater. (search it on the Goolge)
2. The correct USB drivers for windows
3. This file CWR ODIN for T-989 here
4. Superuser.apk and su from here
5. SDCARD installed for CWR
6. Guts/balls


Then take the following steps:
1. Make sure windows recognizes your phone in ODIN.
—- adb reboot download
-or- Turn phone of, and hold both Vol up + Vol down, and plug the USB cable in.
2. Select the PDA button and browse to the recovery-cwm-hercules.tar
3. Select Start
4. It should flash the file to Recovery and reboot the phone.
5. After it has rebooted, mount USB storage and copy the Superuser zip to the sdcard
6 Reboot into recovery
— adb reboot recovery
-or- Power off phone, unplug USB, Hold Both Vol up + Vol down and Hit power
7. Select Install zip from sdcard, choose the superuser zip and let it finish.
8. Reboot!


Note:This method installs CWR onto your T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy S II. Once you boot into recovery mode you can flash files, files that include root! The file doesn’t mess with boot, so there should be no bricks from flashing this file.

How to unroot T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy S II t989
Any T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy S II t989 user who has lost his curiosity of administrative authority wants to flash the rooted phone back to stock ROM, as in the following days there will be this or that software updates, the most important firmware update in the future is the Ice Cream Sandwich. We know all Samsung Galaxy S II phone would receive the update someday.


Thaks to bubby323 who is a developer on the XDA gave us a full tutorial about unrooting the T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy S II to factory default, this is not simply a hard reset. Then just keep reading the following steps, that will help you get your phone back to stock android 2.3.4 ROM.


How to flash T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy S II to andoid 2.3.4:


1. download the latest Samsung Kies, Odin3-vl.85.zip and StockRecovery.tar
2. install Samsung Kies and restart your computer for proper driver installation.
3. extract Odin to a new folder on your Desktop. Leave the tar in the form it is, then open up Odin by double clicking the .exe in the folder you extracted it to.
4. turn off your phone completely, then hold the volume up/down and power button all at the same time for a while untill you phone get into Download/ODIN mode so your computer will recognize it and be able to flash to it.
5. Now ODIN should have recognized your device ( it may take a while for the drivers to complete installation so don’t panic the first time).
6. click on the PDA button and then search for the SGH-T989-Stock-Recovery.tar.
7. If everyting goes fine, then just hit the Start button.
8. Just turn your phone off all the way and boot into recovery by holding down vol up and vol down, pressing power until it vibrates, and letting go of power but at the same time keeping the vol buttons down.
9. If all has gone well at this point the flash should be proven successful and your T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy S II should reboot normally.

DROID RAZR MAXX All But Confirmed for January 26 Launch According to Verizon


One of our readers noticed over the weekend that Motorola’s landing page for the DROID RAZR MAXX had anavailability date of January 26. Once we posted it, the news quickly spread and Moto realized that they jumped the gun with it, almost instantly switching it to “available soon.” It looks now like Moto was indeed right, as Verizon is expecting the “all channel” launch to take place on that very same day, January 26.
We were big fans of the RAZR MAXX after getting our hands on it at CES last week, even calling it our top phone of the event. When it hits stores next Thursday, you can gobble it up for $299 on contract.

Sony Ericsson Xperia Pro price drops to Rs. 19999





Sony Ericsson Xperia Pro has seen a price drop in India, which is now available for Rs. 19,999. The Xperia Pro is a QWERTY slider phone which was unveiled at MWC 2011 earlier this year and Sony Ericsson launched the Xperia Pro in India last October for Rs. 24,000. It features a 3.7 inch (854 x 480 Pixels) touchscreen display and full slide out QWERTY keypad. It packs a 8.1 MP camera with LED Flash and secondary VGA camera on the back.
It runs on Android v2.3 (Gingerbread) OS, and Sony Ericsson has already announced the Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) update for the device that would roll out starting April end.
It is powered by 1 GHz processor and has 512 MB RAM, 32GB expandable memory, 3G HSDPA 7.2 Mbps, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth and 1500 mAh battery.
The Sony Ericsson Xperia Pro is now available from Letsbuy for Rs. 19,999 and from Flipkart at Rs. 20,030.

If you are looking for a fast ROM with good battery life, here’s Paradox ROM you can try out for the T-Mobile Galaxy S2 SGH-T989.  Although Paradox ROM supports overclocking, it feels super-fast even at default 1.5Ghz speeds, I think this is one of the fastest ROMs without overclocking.  Which means you can get great battery life and performance.

T-Mobile unveils Samsung Galaxy S Blaze 4G, Galaxy Attain 4G coming to MetroPCS for $199


Samsung and T-Mobile has unveiled the Galaxy S Blaze 4G that would offer upto 42 Mbps data speeds on HSPA+. It would come with Qualcomm Snapdragon S3 processor with 1.5 GHz dual core CPU,  Super AMOLED touch screen display and pre-loaded entertainment apps. Samsung Galaxy  Attain 4G is a mid range phone that would be available for MetroPCS. It features a 3.5-inch display, 1GHz processor and runs Android 2.3 (Gingerbread).
It would also come with  3MP rear camera with LED flash, a 1.3MP front-facing camera . It also has MetroSTUDIO with multimedia content, including Video On Demand, providing instant access to the latest TV shows, news, sports and entertainment for $60 plan. They have also added Disney/ABC Television Group and ESPN to MetroSTUDIO.
The Samsung Galaxy S Blaze 4G is expected to be available later this year on T-Mobile. The Galaxy Attain 4G will be available for $199 plus tax, after a $50 mail-in rebate from local MetroPCS store and online for a limited time.
